He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Bishop Sr. of Hoquiam, Washington and Priscilla Fay Bishop (West) of Jefferson City; and his brother Michael A. Bishop of Tillicum, Washington.. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Turner of Collinsville, Illinois, Kim Turner of Jefferson City, Missouri., Kathy Turner of Jefferson City, Missouri., Ivan Turner of Jefferson City, Missouri., Walter Turner of Jefferson City, Missouri., Robert McCue of Olympia, Esther McCue of Bainbridge Island and Lorrie Eilers of Aberdeen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be scheduled once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
