It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Randall Clemmer (George, Washington), born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Clemmer and Patricia Ann Clemmer; and his siblings, Brooke Clemmer and Kelley R. Clark. He is survived by: his son Cody Clemmer of Commerce, GA; and his significant other Mary Elizabeth Simns of Rock Hall, MD. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
