She is survived by: her children, Catherine Ann Jacoby, Mary Elizabeth Jacoby, Ellen Margaret Jacoby, Susan Carol Jacoby, Jean Marie Jacoby (Richard McCurdy), Matthew John Jacoby and Michael George Jacoby (Lisa Paraker); her grandchildren, Jeanne Van Patten-Steiger, Sarah Neubauer, Susan Gomez, Christopher McCurdy, Brian Jacoby-McCurdy, Shelby Jacoby, Kate Jacoby and Christopher Jacoby; and her great grandchildren, Matteo, Niko Gomez and Rose Neubauer. She is also survived by seven children.
