He was predeceased by: his mother Clarissa Staples Davis; his father-in-law Wally Turnbaugh; and his nephew Kasey Davis. He is survived by: his father Paul Davis; his wife Tami Turnbaugh Davis; his children, Keely of St. George, Lindsey of St. George and Nate of St. George; his brothers, Rick (Nadine), Todd (Cindy) and Kent (Samantha) of Richfield; his mother-in-law Bonita Turnbaugh; his sisters-in-law, Tori Jackson (Gary) and Niki Gledhill (Chance); and his nephew Josh Jackson.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a private family graveside service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Cedar City Cemetery.
