He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Vernon Haynie, Sr. and Frances Palmer Haynie; and his brother Jasper Browne Haynie. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stephens Haynie; his children, Alex Haynie (Melissa) of Belton and Meredith Haynie LaRock of St. Louis; his siblings, David Haynie of Suisun City, CA and Lois Smith (Tommie) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Caroline, Charlie Haynie, Aubrey and Trey LaRock; and his brother Jasper Vernon Haynie, Jr..
