He was predeceased by: his father Harry Kaik; and his sister Christina. He is survived by: his mother Elvy Kaik; his wife Michelle Theresa Reitz; his stepson Ryan Habr; and his children, Alicia, Christopher and Jenna. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces and his two grandchildren.
