He is survived by: his children, Barbara Palmer (Tom), Linda Heavner and Robert Carlson; his grandchildren, Shawn, Jessica Heavner, Michael, Christopher (Emily), Steven Palmer (Hannah) and Hannah Clark; and his great grandchildren, Alexia, Joseph, Zoey Heavner, Patrick and Frederick Palmer.
