She is survived by: her husband Charles Foster (Chuck) of Lake Stevens; her daughter Noel Bowder (Matthew Bowder) of Everett; her sister Sharilyn Oberg (David Oberg) of Federal Way, Washington.; and her friends, Craig, Stacy Matthews, Mark and Karlyn Vogal. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
