He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Woods and Norma Woods (Wareham); his son Jason; and his grandparents, Robert G., Ora Woods and Ada Wareham.

He is survived by: his wife Sharleen Warner; his sons, Kory Woods (Jamie) and Ryan Woods (Tricia); his granddaughters, Kaylie, Alexa and RaeAnn; his sister Roberta "Bobbie" Rockwell (Sam); his nephew Drew Rockwell (Perisha); his great-niece Mia; his great-nephew Colton; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Sadler (Larry) and Shellie Snyder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
