She is survived by: her husband Donald Nelson, Sr. of Ellensburg; her sons, Don Jr. (Menell) of Walla Walla, Douglas (Teri) of Carlsbad and David (Pam) of Richland; her grandchildren, Brianna (Jason) of Mukilteo, Talyah of Riverside, Lindsay of Richland, Brandon of Okinawa and Delanie of Carlsbad, California.; her brother Richard Sterkel; and her sister-in-law Shirlene Sterkel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
