She was predeceased by: her son Mike Stougard. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Pam Bennett; her sister Jean Foley of Arizona; her daughter Charlene (Sam Finn); her grandchildren, Josh and Leah Finn; her daughter Jeannie (Dave Larberg); and her grandchildren, Samantha Larberg, Kayla Carlson, Mylissa Schaefer, Aaron Bennett, Nicole Bennett and Mykenna Stougard.

Memorial contributions in Eileen's honor are suggested to the Washington or National Multiple Sclerosis Societies, supporting research and cures for MS.
