He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Fields and Ada Fields. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Adam (Mandi) and Johanna Shafer; and his siblings, Sandy Greer, Bill (Bonnie) and Scott (Holly). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
