He was predeceased by: his siblings, Orville, Emory, Cliff, Ethel and Naggy; his children, Johnny and Jennie; and his granddaughters, Jamie Allred and Ashlyn James.
He is survived by: his spouse Wanda Lowe; his children, John Wesley, Jennifer Lee and Jessica Margret; his wife Sandie James; his children, Julie Allred (Joe), Jessie Burkhart (Robby), Jeff James and Chris James (Becky); and his grandchildren, Janaan VanZante (James), Jason Kindelberger (Lisa), Amy Thomas (Darius), Cammy James, Dalton, Tristan, Trevor James, Acacia, Daylee, Ella, Ezra James, Brayden, Ryker and Journey. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
