He is survived by: his wife Pam Smith; his children, Scott Smith of Lynnwood, WA and Annie Dubois (Ryan) of Everett, WA; his siblings, Craig Smith (Jean Lewis) of Spokane Valley, WA, Myron "Sam" Smith (Antonio Ferriera) of Brazil and Devon Rauenzahn (Randy) of Deer Park, WA; and his grandchildren, Zoe and Zander Smith.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Colville Valley Animal Sanctuary.
