He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Preston and Margaret Preston; his children, Denise, David, James, Brian, Allen, Geoff, Kevin, Darrin and Tracy; his brother Joe; his son Dennis; and his brothers, Jim and John. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
