He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvin Giles and Flora Mae Giles; his wife Carolyn Polenske of Edwall; and his children, Robin Dvorak (Dennis), Laurie Suess (Randy) of Cheney and Barry Giles (Amina) of Spokane. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
