She is survived by: her husband Robert; her siblings, John Powell (Kathleen) of Spokane, WA and Marlynn Castor (Robert) of Lake Stevens, WA.; her children, Robert Mims Jr (Barbara) and Carolyn Mims of Airway Heights, WA.; her grandchildren, Robert A. Mims (Rachel) and Brenda Tchoundjo (Idal); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Mims, West, Lela, Gabriel and Nathan Tchoundjo of Towson, MD.. She is also survived by 14 children.
Even as Alzheimer's disease robbed her of memories, speech and physical health over the past few years, she always had a smile for visitors, especially children.
