He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Francis and Dolly Mae Mann; his wife Joyce Arline Mann; his children, Teri Lynn Hargrave (Ron), Tara Joy Paxton, John Taylor Mann (Rosemary) and Laurie Aline Mann Hembd (Ron); his grandchildren, Vandela Jasmine Paxton, Tanner Uriah Paxton and Taylor Michelle Mann; and his great grandchild Ivanka Jasmine Bocook.
