He is survived by: his husband Donald Rhoades; his siblings, Rick Reagan and Rosemary Reagan; his children, Shawn Slater, Ricky Rhoades (Margie), Michael Rhoades and Tammy Hinson (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jessica Spracklen (John), Joseph Hinson (Chrisann), Megan Rhoades, Tyler Rhoades, Walter Slater III, Rosalyn Slater, Olivia Slater and Vivien Rhoades; and his great grandchildren, Johnny Spracklen, Joseph Hinson and Emilia Hinson. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
