He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Welch and Viola Welch (Willoughby). He is survived by: his spouse Geanne Welch; his children, Rob Welch (Martina), Ron Welch, Rick Welch (Merle) and Renee King (Michael); and his siblings, Bob Welch and Betty Welch. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
