It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert William Skogen of Buckley, Washington, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Skogen and Bessie Skogen. He is survived by: his wife Kay Borell of Buckley, WA; his children, Eric (Kelsey), Dana (Michael) and Robin; and also Bob. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
