He is survived by: his parents, David Heldstab and Jean Heldstab; his wife Laurel; his sons, Austin, James, Jack and Johnny; and his siblings, Eric Heldstab (Sunshine) and Vanessa Jacobs (Tate). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
