She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer LeRoy Lindahl. She is survived by: her children, Leanne Lake, Randy Lindahl, Rene, Higgins, Connie Richards, David Lindahl and Gayle Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Donations can be made in Phyllis Lindahl's name to Kitsap County Hospice.
