He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Harold and Dorothy Pearl Holm (Yocum). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his sons, Gary Phillip Holm Jr. of Issaquah and Stephen Bradley Holm (Samantha); his grandson Bradley Marshall Holm of Port Orchard; his son Kristian Olaf Holm of Bremerton; and his brothers, James Holm, Eric Holm and Seabeck.
Gary Phillip Holm was born November 13, 1943, in Platteville, Wisconsin and died April 27, 2020 at age 76, at the family home from complications of Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease, and Coronary Artery Disease.
