He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Collins (Davis) and Samuel Collins Sr.; and his brother Dan Collins. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty McCall of Benton City, WA. and Wanda Schwendig of Benton City, WA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
