He was predeceased by: his father Harold Orlando Monson; his sisters, Margaret Judith Monson Page and Marion Elizabeth Monson Vladimiroff; his nephew Jonathan Michael Poole; and his niece Angela Cathleen Monson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Annette Monson Pierce (Wayne), Vicki Monson Moore (Mel), Harold Monson Jr. (Kathryn) and Kim Poole (Keith); his brother-in-law David Vladimiroff; and his pet Shasta.
Both nieces provided comfort, humor, and love for Rick at a time when COVID restricted travel for his siblings.
