He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Excell and Vera Excell (Freeze); his brother Bob Excell; and his son Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly of Benton City; his children, Theresa Excell of Denver, Michael Excell of Benton City, Regina Excell of Benton City, David Excell of Elmira, Brandon Excell of Longview and Ronald Excell of Richland; his stepson Jason Warren; and his brother Greg Excell of Denton, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
