She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Muller and Meta Muller; and her son Perry. She is survived by: her husband Doctor William Champion; her son Greg; her stepson Michael; her grandsons, Douglas, Richmond and Benjamin; her siblings, Len and Bobbie (Len); and also Germany.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Seattle Symphony Orchestra on behalf of Mary Ann Champion.
