He is survived by: his daughter Alison Lewis; his wife Edna; his pet Lily; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Zoe, Ian, Ethan, Kathy Middleton, Jenny Probert of Jeffrey Wood, MD, Shirley Poirier, Michelle Poirier and Corinne Poirier.
