He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Navy; his wife Mary Alice; and his children, Brian O'Neill (Michelle), Rory O'Neill (Kathy) and Kelly Bass (Rock). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, six sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews.
