He is survived by: his children, Cathy Agbalog (Richard), Dan (Lou) and David; his grandchildren, Calvin, Lareina (Jumma), Rose, Wayne (Liezel), Kristin (Josh) and Kevin (Jenny); his great grandchildren, Tayler, Danielle, Christopher and Issa; his great great grandchildren, Taylee, Luna and Nova; and his siblings, Mary Jurisich, Sr., Lydia and Richard.
