He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Maples and Vester Maples; his wife Kristi Jensen; his daughter Madison Beverly Maples; his granddaughter Abbie May Maples; and his sisters, Janet Schneeman (Paul) and Catherine Wuitschick (Carl). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews, one great aunt, and many cousins.
