He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Tammy Jacobs (Benny), Sheryl Miller (Mike) and Vicki Bohannon (Gary); his grandchildren, Jamie (Joe), Whitney (Cory), Blake (Kaitlynn), Kyle (Jen), Jessica and Josh; and his great grandchildren, Jaea, Jensen, Hudson, Nolan, Wyatt and Caelynn.
