He was predeceased by: his stepson Martin Crapson. He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Lee Garner; his son Robert Frazier; his spouse Sandra Crapson; his brother Andrew Hogsett of Everett, WA; his stepson Robert Frazier (Tessa) of Richland, WA; his daughter Amanda Welcher (Souse Bell) of Bellingham, WA; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Crapson of Concrete, WA, Dwight Crapson of Fayetteville, AR and Geneva Power (Ian) of Leduc County.
In lieu of flowers John and family would like donations to go to Hospice of the Northwest at 227 Freeway Drive, Suite A, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
