He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Bailey and Mae Bailey (Morrison); and his siblings, Martha Maxham, Doug Bailey and Ray Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Harvey of Woodstock, VT; his daughters, Lynn Parker and Dawn Edwards; his niece Sheila Lewis of Delray Beach, FL; and his sister Barbara Squires of Sebring, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
