It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Higgins (Waterbury, Vermont), who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca Higgins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray; her siblings, Emily Adams, Pinky Batchelder and James Twombly; and her son Rodrick W. Higgins (Roddy).
She is survived by: her children, Callie McAllister of Waitsfield, Harry L. Higgins (Marcia) of Eustis, ME., Phil K. Higgins (Shaunee) of Fairfield and Legh Higgins (Jennifer) of Lowell; and her grandchildren, Heidi Higgins Cutler, Christopher Higgins, Travis McAllister and Hillary Downing.
