We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2021, Louise Messner (Waterbury, Vermont), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

There will not be a service for her at this time, but we plan a Celebration of her Life this summer when most everyone should have completed their COVID vaccinations and we will be free to see and enjoy each other's company again.

Contributions may be made in her honor to the Central Vermont Home, Health, and Hospice.
