He is survived by: his wife Theresa F. Blair; his sons, Donald K. LaVanway (Danielle) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Henry L. LaVanway of Duxbury; his grandchildren, Amber Gibbs and Dustin Mable; his great grandchildren, Liam Cleveland and Mya Mable; his siblings, Marion Kidder (Benjamin) of Waterbury Center, Susan Szewczyk (Raymond) of Gaylord, MI and Bruce LaVanway of Wailuku, HI; and his close friend Holly Sue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
