He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Isabel Gallagher and Francis Joseph Gallagher. He is survived by: his former wife Thelma Quemada Gallagher; his sons, John Gallagher of Erie, Pennsylvania, Shawn Gallagher of Bronx, Brian Gallagher of Fairfield and Ellis Gallagher of Brooklyn; and his sisters, Anne Hill of Columbus and Mary Beery of Chillicothe, Ohio.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
