He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara M. Johnson and Samuel W. Johnson; and his brother-in-law Edward Carey III. He is survived by: his siblings, Jill Johnson Carey, Susan Johnson Allen (David), Darby Johnson Flood (Gene Flood) and Jeff Peter Johnson (Caryn Castaldo Johnson); and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Edward, Barbara Carey, Gene, Sam, Olivia Flood, Trey Johnson and Julia Johnson.
