She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Palmer and Shirley Palmer (Corliss); her siblings, Carlos, Sidney, Theron, Corliss, Donald, Jenny Messer (Palmer) and Margery Bennett; her husband Donald H. Neill; her son Bryan (Susan) of Waitsfield; her grandchildren, Shannon Neill of Fayston and Jessica Litchfield of Bakersfield; her grandson-in-law Ian; her great grandchildren, Logan and Hunter; her daughter Deb Burbank of Berlin; and her grandsons, Ben Burbank of Anchorage Alaska and Tim Burbank of Berlin. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
