It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hale (Waitsfield, Vermont), born in Pinner, London, who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Frederic and Irene Besant Hale; his sister Mary; and his wife Valerie. He was also cherished by his wife, his children and to his seven grandchildren.
