Frederick Viens Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Viens of Waitsfield, Vermont, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Viens and Fernande Viens; his brother Armand (Brenda); and his brothers-in-law, Dick Migneault (Nicolle) and Woodfin Nichols (Jeanette).
He is survived by: his friends, Ray Joslin, Jimmy Francis and Donnie Demas; his brother-in-law Bob Sweetser; his siblings, Huguette Abbot, Jeannette Nichols, Nicolle Migneault, Gregory and Francis (Bethany); his stepmother Lorraine Barlow; his sister Betty (Bob Sweetser); his wife Shirley; his sons, Guy, Freddie and Mathew (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Kaylie (Daniel), Erin and Eli; his pet Bessie; and also, Guy, Ellen Fiske and Laura. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The service will be followed by a reception and then interment at the North Fayston Cemetery on North Fayston Rd. The family respectfully requests that attendees wear face masks.
