He is survived by: his parents, Dana G. and Elizabeth Hart (West); his wife Carol Hart of South Wallingford; his daughters, Jane Hart of Wallingford, Amy Perry (Jody) of Fayetteville, NC and Loretta Johnson (Andy) of Brandon; his grandchildren, Taren Perry, Jaime Perry, Brianna Perry, David Johnson, Heather Johnson and Jonathan Johnson; and his siblings, Edna Mylott of East Dorset, Rosecile Johnson, Susan Hart and Fred Hart of Rutland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
