It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Catherine Schmidt Bakeman of South Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on May 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr Victor E. Schmidt and Mabel Rodman Schmidt; and her sister Dorothy Connelly. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Jennifer and Eric (Gretchen Elias); her granddaughters, Phoebe and Eliza of Montpelier; her sister Emilie (Barney Kane) of Greenville, NC; her niece Betsy Kane; her nephew Evan; her sister Carol (Bruce Weimer) of South Burlington; her niece Kim Gucciardi; her nephew Kevin; her brother-in-law Dan Connelly; her niece Angie; her nephew Eric; her sister-in-law Susan B. Dougherty; her niece Dawn Fitzgerald; her nephew Rob Dougherty; and her cousins, Phylis, Helen, Diane, Nels and Terry.
