He is survived by: his grandfather George Eddie Starr; his spouse Jennifer Gaffney; his mother Ila Starr; his children, Anna O'Shea, Brendan O'Shea, Leah Finch, Mark Finch and Seth Starr; his granddaughters, Ellery and Ila; his siblings, Virgil, Linda, Jack, Dianne, Gary, Pam, Betty Griggs, Tommy Akers, Billy Flynn and Penny Flynn; and his child Nancy McDermott.
