He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Bixby (Silsby) and Kenneth Edward Bixby; his sister Debbie; and his grandmother Marion Silsby. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bixby (Sorrell) of Lyndonville; his daughters, Monica Bixby (Bruce) of Concord and Stephanie Bixby (Kyle) of Essex Jct; his grandchildren, Dylon and Brianna; his in-laws, Philip and Jean Sorrell; his siblings, Stephen Sorrell (Teresa), Michael Sorrell (Turie), Jeffery Sorrell and Susan Walsh (Peter); his brother-in-law John Murray; his close friend Jordan; and his nieces and nephews, Nikki, Crystal, Sean, Jesse, Jodi, Matt, Ashley, Kelly, Kathleen and Jill.
