We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2023, at the age of 75, Carolyn May Denio in Lyndonville, Vermont, born in Concord, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Locke Raymond and Barbara Wilson Mathews (Ladd). She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her children, Kara Denio of Barnet, Aaron Denio (Wendy) of Waterford and Wade Denio (Mary) of Waterford; her siblings, Dorothy Willson of Waterford and Stanly Mathews (Vicki) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Bridget, Grace, Everett, Samantha and Tony. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
