Howe of Hartford, Vermont, born in Lebanon, New Hampshire, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Harley Strout (Diane) of North Hartland and Dorothy Kendall (Raymond "Steve") of Pike, NH; her husband Patrick Howe of West Lebanon; her sons, Anthony Howe of New Jersey, Patrick Howe II of West Lebanon and Harley Howe of Quechee, VT; and her siblings, Randy Gibson of Chester, VT, Edward Gibson of Bathe, NH, Christopher Pero and Vicki Gibson of Barre, VT..
