She was predeceased by: her brother Everett Penn. She is survived by: her parents, Ray W. Penn and Linda Penn (Burch) of Windsor; her close friend Mark N. Woodward; her daughter Darian E. Hulsart; and her siblings, Timothy Penn of Knoxville, TN, Christopher Penn of Windsor, VT and Angela Mullins of Reading, VT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
